[edit] Wood pyrolysis plant
Wood charcoal making machines are recognised in several countries across the world as an efficient way of getting rid of wood materials and for achieving resource recycling.
The wood pyrolysis plant incorporates one machine with a number of uses, able to deal with a variety of waste types from biomass like palm shells, sawdust, and rice hulls, to municipal solid waste (MSW) and sludge.
[edit] The carbonization procedure
To ensure production is efficient, the raw materials undergo pretreatment. This is why a crusher and dryer are needed to take out residual moisture as well as cutting the wood into smaller pieces.
The next step involves high-temperature pyrolysis, sulfur release, flue-gas emissions along with charcoal enrichment. Within the production processes, a high-heating technology is introduced that is called one fire with two steps, which has led to cost reductions.
[edit] The use of gas throughout the processing
One essential end product from carbonizing wood is combustible gas. Generally speaking, traditional fuels will be used such as gas, wood or charcoal to preheat a carbonization furnace for around half an hour. Once it reaches the preferred temperature, combustible gas is gradually generated. Gas is amongst the more important factors for achieving the one fire in steps process. In many instances, the gas is purified using the spray-dedusting system that takes away the sulfur. Once this step is complete, the burning value which can be high, means the gas is recycled to the dryer device and the furnace instead of needing to use more natural gas, wood or coal.
[edit] The dryer within the process
Through deep carbonization processing of wood, wood chips are converted into an artificial charcoal, wood vinegar, and tar. Charcoal will be the more important product, which is used widely in various areas. In industry, this wood charcoal can be used for producing steel-covering agencies, while in agriculture it can be used for creating fertilizer or improving the soil quality. For residential use, charcoal is utilised for cooking on BBQ's. Wood vinegar and tar are commonly used as chemicals in the production of oil paint and mosquito repellant.
Additionally, charcoal that has been created from the wood chips has the potential to be processed further into shaped charcoal such as charcoal granules, charcoal balls or strip-type charcoal. Shaped charcoal has an attractive appearance and have a higher sale value.
